Cramp Comfort Return & Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

All Sales Are Final

At Cramp Comfort, all sales are final. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason other than if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We do not offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect sizing or selection
Shipping delays caused by carriers
Refused packages
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items Only

You must contact Cramp Comfort within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a defective item claim:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Clear photo or video evidence of the defect/damage must be provided

Items sent back without prior approval from Cramp Comfort will be refused and not refunded.


Return Approval Process

If your claim is approved, Cramp Comfort will provide a return shipping label and instructions. We reserve the right to deny any return request that does not meet our policy requirements.


Non-Returnable Items

All items are non-returnable unless defective. This includes, but is not limited to:

Sale items
Gift cards
Custom or personalized products
Used or worn items
Items without original packaging or tags


Exchanges

Cramp Comfort does not offer exchanges. If an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.


Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase with Cramp Comfort, you agree to our All Sales Final policy. Filing a chargeback for a non-defective item that was delivered as described is considered a violation of this policy.

We reserve the right to submit:

  • Order confirmation records

  • Tracking confirmation

  • Policy acceptance evidence

  • Customer communication logs

as evidence in any payment dispute.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period applies only to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, in accordance with our store policy. Items must remain unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.


Refunds (If Approved for Defects Only)

Once Cramp Comfort receives and inspects the approved return, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
