Order Processing
All orders placed with Cramp Comfort are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is successfully confirmed.
During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these processing timeframes.
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once they have been placed.
Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, customs processing, and other external factors outside of Cramp Comfort’s control.
Delays in transit do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure the package can be safely received.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Cramp Comfort is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees. Refunds will not be issued for returned or undeliverable packages.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Cramp Comfort is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or missing packages.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We may assist where possible, but we do not guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.
Shipping carrier delays, customs delays, or logistics disruptions are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.
Customs, Duties, and International Orders
Cramp Comfort ships internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country’s regulations.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives physically damaged, you must contact Cramp Comfort within 48 hours of delivery at crampcomfort@outlook.com with:

Failure to provide photo evidence within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Pre-Orders (If Applicable)
If an item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated shipping timeframe will be stated on the product page.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the stated production and shipping timeline.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.
